JoziResume™ offers manual, expert-driven career optimization services, including AI-powered ATS Scans and Cover Letters, and live Interview Dry Runs. Our process involves a hybrid of AI tools and mandatory human review to ensure quality.

2. Ordering Process

• All orders must be initiated via email to support@joziresume.com.
• Clients must provide all required documents (resume, job description) as specified on the service page.
• An official invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your order.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.
• Work will commence only after proof of payment is received and verified.
• We accept payments via direct bank transfer (EFT) or ShapID as detailed on the invoice.

4. Service Delivery

• Our standard turnaround time is within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to incomplete information from the client or unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any such delays promptly.
• All services are delivered digitally to the client's email address.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
• You must have the legal right to use and share all documents you provide to us.
• The final responsibility for the accuracy and content of your career documents rests with you.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final documents we create for you. However, we retain the right to use our underlying templates, processes, and AI-generated content for other clients in an anonymized form.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While our services are designed to improve your job application materials, we do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or any specific career outcome. Market conditions and other factors beyond our control play a significant role in the job search process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRKOLAPIE PTY LTD (trading as JoziResume™) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All documents and personal information you share with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Communication

All official communication will be conducted via email and WhatsApp. You agree to receive communications from us through these channels. See our Email Processing Agreement.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, or fraudulent information.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts with jurisdiction in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province.
